Nasi Lemak
Famous Fried Chicken
Tables and chairs will be set up around the shop and even outside on the side of the road. Every night it is super packed with people and it seems business is so good, they only close for 3 hours on Sunday! Talk about working your workers to the bone.
Mee Goreng
Everything about this place impresses - good food, great prices and quick and efficient service. I love their drinks, a bit too much crushed ice but the taste of their Air Limau is good, with a slight sharpness versus those watered down sugary versions you usually get at the mamak.
I sampled the nasi lemak with fried chicken. Thumbs up to the rice, which had a tantalising aroma of coconut milk. Sambal was spicy but not overly tongue numbing. Topped with an egg with a runny egg yolk, it was good stuff at only RM4.50. I love their fried chicken too - juicy chicken meat with a crisp coating from the batter. Splashie Boy had their Mee Goreng (RM3), also a favourite. I managed to steal a few strands before he finished it. Thumbs up too. Do give a try and many thanks to my friend, S for pointing me in this direction.

What struck me about the nasi lemak was the rice that appeared well separated and firm, yet has enough greasiness (judging by the gleam from it)to make it an excellent dish! All very unhealthy, I am sure, but good food isnt meant to be healthy anyway!
hazza - u're right, the rice is very good stuff as I really enjoyed it plus the coconut milk aroma.
omg..the only thing that attracted me was the nice shiny mata kerbau!!..i want fried eggs now..
the ayam goreng looks crunchy...and not burnt too, unlike some famous mamak joints..hehe...this may sound weird but i love the runny yolk+sambal mixture :)
oh... i only know the bkt at night din know got mamak food ! tks ^_^
btw the curry mee during day time also not bad oh...
God bless Malaysia. without being too philosophical as long as nasi lemak is this good, at RM4.5 Malaysia will always be great. I love expensive food too, but this mee goreng is talking.
thanks for sharing

I tasted another nasi lemak in "Six to Ten" in ss17 PJ. I tried their curry chicken and rendang.. It was unforgettable.. You should have a try.
What a great price.. and the egg is still runny! that's good-alot of places serve egg that has been cooked and left on the table for hrs!
Oh dear... i always love this.
I used to eat Nasi Lemak almost every day when i was still working in PJ. Buying from the stall near the LRT station last time until the PakCik always give FOC fried egg! haha...

Wow, the egg on top of the nasi lemak looks so good. Will pay more attention to this restaurant!

nasilemak is similar to nasi uduk in indonesia. lovely fragrant steam coming from the hot rice, just lovely to gobble up with beef rendang or ayam kapitan!! great dish!
